The Victorero were family of inventors, oligarchs and national-catholic chieftains in the small fishing town of Lastres, Asturias. Combining 8mm footage shot by Antonio Victorero and interviews with the people acquainted with them, I tried to show an ancient, claustrophobic world from the early 20th century, one that has now disappeared, swept away by modernity.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
